Sadly, Arnold didn't learn anything about Reaganism from living in California, (I don't think the Hollyweird crowd is going to educate him much, even if they used to work with Reagan) Hanging out with his wife's family in Mass. certainly isn't helping either. Since Arnold grew up in a "socialist country" by his own admission, maybe he should come visit with Reagan grew up and meet some real Republicans.


The Ronald Reagan Trail is a collection of highways in central Illinois that connect villages and cities that were of importance to former United States President Ronald Reagan. The trail was established in 1999 by the state of Illinois' General Assembly, five years prior to former president Reagan's death in June of 2004.

Ronald Reagan Home and School, and Nancy Reagan Family Home, Galesburg, IL A driving tour brochure of the Reagan homes, Silas Willard School where Ronald attended the first grade and the home where Nancy Reagan’s family lived is available at the Galesburg Welcome Center, 2163 E. Main. Markers identify each home, there is a Ronald Reagan exhibit inside the Welcome Center. Nancy (Davis) Reagan’s stepfather, Dr. Loyal Davis, a well-known Chicago neurosurgeon, was born in Galesburg. Dr. Davis married Nancy’s mother in 1929 adopting Nancy who spent vacations from school at her grandparent’s Walnut Avenue residence in Galesburg.

Monday - Friday, 9 - 5 p.m., an educational exhibit detailing the life and times of America’s 40th President is housed at the Monmouth area Chamber of Commerce located at 90 Public Square, Monmouth, Illinois.



Ronald Reagan Museum in Eureka, Ill.
Collection now contains over 10,000 items (3,000 are on display) from President Reagan's student days at Eureka, his movie and television career, his eight years as Governor of California, his campaign for presidency, and his two terms in office. At the request of Mr. Reagan, the first items in the collection came to the College in 1975. It is now the second largest collection of Reagan memorabilia in the world, after the Reagan library in California.
