Blacks have perpetuated this idea as well. I used to love Fresh Prince of Belair and now my kids watch it and when Will mocks Carlton for ‘acting white’ my kids say “What’s wrong with acting white?”

have you seen carlton dance yet? It’s hysterical...but it’s suppose to be insinuating that white people can’t dance,...similar to the white people can’t play bball etc..
frankly, I’ve never seen any white person dance like carlton unless they are older than 50 and really really drunk at a wedding. :)
The irony of that is Will Smith’s rap music was mocked by many rappers for not showing the “black experience”. He said he was black and it was his experience.
