I must have been 9, He was a year or two my junior, and at first I picked on the kid - I learned compassion when I let the kid be himself, His speech, and motor skills were not as bad as most cases, Long story short, I was the only friend he ever had. He died a few years later, anyway He taught me about the value of life. I guess Obama never learned that lesson.

I’ve been around quite a few years and never heard of a “water head” in that context. We’ve heard of “water on the brain” from the ‘70s and before, but that was only an old slang for the condition and wasn’t considered to be a joke. I am still waiting for the dog. I think it is cruel to promise your kids a puppy after putting them through all the campaigning and don’t make good on it. Personally, my kids would have had the puppy by the weekend.
He and Michelle are such snakes. They make a big deal about getting the dog, then they put on this big show about what breed and the fact that the dog needs to come from a shelter or rescue. How convenient to pick a rare breed that has probably a ZERO chance of ever ending up in a shelter.
They don’t actually ever get he dog, probably because it would take the spotlight away from Him, but they can always say they tried.
And doesn’t anyone find it odd that not ONE breeder has offered up a puppy?

And to think how minor this “Special Olympics” and “waterhead” stuff is when you simply realize that this man voted to kill not only the unborn but also to stick a metal instrument in the head of others as they are being born. They did the same thing when Hussein proclaimed that he was going to screw Vets. in healthcare because apparently he needed more money in his budget to give away to Hamas. The American Legion, VFW and DAV called him on it, Hussein backed down. The spin of the cult worshippers thanked and praised him.
