Looks like a nice big lawsuit will be winding up right behind this piece of crap bill. Maybe that's what it will take to blow the lid off these Communist's plans. This is an absolute clear breach of the United States Constitution. We need to begin to expose this type of unconstitutional BS to the light of day and shout it from the rooftops in the courts if necessary.

“This is an absolute clear breach of the United States Constitution. “

I suspect that, in the end, this will not be involuntary servitude. It will be a graduation requirement for schools that recieve federal funding, or to a lesser degree a requirement that raises your GPA.

I haven’t read the bill, and don’t want to. If it specifies “mandatory volunteerism” someone will challenge it and win under article 13.

But they will be more sneaky than that in the end. You won’t HAVE to server. But you will need to if you want an education, or a big fat tax credit, or something.

Personally, I have two thoughts SCREAMING through my head:
1) They already take 40% of my time via taxes.
2) My kids will NEVER be allowed to be involved in this stuff. The gov’t will need to come to my house with guns drawn, and flack jackets secured to take my kids to a “campus”.

If this stuff continues. I predict when it hits home with the populace, assassinations and martial law will follow. I also predict a couple of states threatening seccession if blatent attempts to circumvent the constitution (via cash flow) are not denied.
