Where is the threat in what Walt wrote that would prompt this 'investigation?' There's nothing in what he wrote that falls within the code. He wasn't arrested because there's no grounds for it at all. He shouldn't let them into his house either, they can get a warrant if they they want to enter or arrest him...otherwise free speech is a bitch Barack.

One would have to infer ‘punishment’ based on their own view if it where implied. He didn’t say such directly. Any inferring would be seen through their own internal screen. You have to be careful adding your own inferred context or meaning to other’s comments, especially in legal cases, only direct comments should be judged.

Was this the wisest tone, probably not, but if people start being declared of guilty because of others inference, we are going down a slippery slope.

The Samson Police Chief called for the MP’s to assist under the mutual aid agreement they have.

Those MP’s NEVER, I’ll say it again NEVER assumed day to day law enforcement operations from local authorities, and were on site for maybe 3 to 4 hours until local authorities could begin to process the crime scene.
