Madam president was more masculine than him. She wanted to use torture (er enhanced techniques) and throw cylons out air-locks and he is crying and whining about his FEELINGS 2/3s of episodes. And I find her annoying like a Hillary type.
I like a Clint Eastwood or Robert Denero not a mamma-s boy like him.

That’s possible. But I’m a married woman, so I don’t get crushes on men who actually exist ;-). Er, except the one I’m married to.

I'm sure you exist - that's why I can't see your picture. However, actors don't count as "existing," so I can say Edward Olmos is hot, while I couldn't say that about any (ahem) caballeros guapos at church.

"Jayne Cobb would turn the dump over just for entertainment." Target practice opportunity. I do love me some Jayne and Firefly. BSG, not so much.

umm... words of a failed defender of his home world and a back from the grave ex-president?
thanks for that. and the last i checked, whites were not the first to play race games and i believe it started before 500 years ago.
just another jester thinking they know more then everyone else. but he is right in one regard, there is but one race (sub species after that?)...
of course, stupidity does congregate in certain fields... acting for instance

Actors need to just shut up and entertain me. They play dress up and make believe for a living, so why should I take them seriously?

John Crichton would dance on the tables with a nuke strapped to his chest, then flush the whole lot down a wormhole. Sadly, that's demonstrably not true. In the episodes where he returns to Earth, he fights the idea that their advanced technology shouldn't be given to everyone and blows off an argument that terrorism changed things. It's a big part of why he leaves and those who think he should only give the technology to the United States are clearly shown as villains. Similarly, the IOA that the Stargate teams answer to is the "International Oversight Advisory" Board which is essentially made of of the the permanent Security Council members of the UN. I like both Farscape and Stargate quite a bit but they have their dopey liberal moments.

I’m kinda hoping they end Battlestar Galactica with a bang — a nihilistic extermination of everyone. It would best fit the tone of the show so far. It’s not as if every main character hasn’t tried to kill themselves or actually died at one point or another.

Im kinda hoping they end Battlestar Galactica with a bang a nihilistic extermination of everyone. I'm guessing they all fall into the black hole and emerge out the other side into our universe....
