Yeah! Your exactly right! /s The unions, with a 20% productivity oughta have their pay taxed for overpayment! Is your salary taxed at 100% yet?

I'm not talking about unions or taxing people. All I'm saying is that executive compensation needs to be realistic and in line with a company's performance.

I'm not a fan of taxing the bonuses because I think it is a slippery slope. AIG should have used better judgement when writing the compensation contracts, i.e. poor performance = no bonuses
