Seems like Mr. Hansen thinks we need to get rid our democray and install a Climate King (him?) to make decrees to save the planet.
This guy has gone way beyond the bounds of a humble civil servant. The fact that NASA hasn't fired (or at least disciplined) this moron yet speaks volumes about how far that agency has fallen.

Hansen’s statements have as much intellectual force as the Obamaloon’s.

Mr Hansen is proposing the totalitarian process be used instead?

Hey Mr. Hansen!
The scientific process isn’t working either!
It’s is being ignored in favor of politics!

Hansen has been out in the global warming climate change sun too long!

Shame on me for believing that the goal of global warming scaremongers was to weaken democracy.

"The democratic process doesn't quite seem to be working," he said. Translation: My side isn't winning.
For the Left, if their side isn't winning, then they're probably considering using violence.

That’s what all Socialists think. That’s why they’re Socialists.
Now, if you want to see a system that doesn’t work, look at the history of Russia since the Bolshevik revolution.

That's because Hansen is a fascist at heart.
Democracy “doesn't work” when it doesn't do what he says it must do... He's an elite who knows what is best for us all even if he has to force it on us...
Bush failed us by not firing him on the spot. Hansen has flagrantly violate ethics laws required by his government employment.

Mr. Hansen, many of us have known all along exactly what you and the Algore's real target has been.
Shouldn't this guy be trapped in an ice storm somewhere?

People are rightly suspicious of theocracies but they fail to recognize a theocracy when it is demonstrating outside their doorways. The climate change religion has every negative element of theocracies without the salvific powers.

Socialists, Lib’s, Greens and the rest of the Leftards (but I repeat myself), all believe that the deomcratic process doesn’t work when the results of said process are not in thier favor.
Thats why, especially in Europe, almost every issue is brought up again and again and again.
BUT
If they get just ONE favorable result - it becomes an issue which can never again be questioned as “the people have spoken”.

Maybe he should go to China and try it there. According to his theory, the Chinese should adopt his recommendations immediately without the messiness of democracy.

Ethics laws?
I'm sorry ... where can I get a copy of those?
Better yet ... where can I get a list of politicians that have read them. (note I didn't say followed them)
