I am a firm believer that accidents do happen. He really did forget the child was back there. Maybe he thought the kid was with mom. who knows? My heart goes out to him, I know he did not mean to do this. There are people who mean to do a lot worse to kids, and we just let them out to do it again? This was truly an accident, why can’t we just chalk it up to that and let the poor man bury his baby?

I forgot to pick my daughter up at school one day....thinking about work....luckily all I had was an angry teacher waiting with her.

My wife was almost to work when our baby sneezed. Scary.

Both our kids are now just about raised. Lots of us are lucky, a few are very unlucky.

This problem is solvable with technology.
