Daughter of McCain ping! RINO alert (no fat jokes please!)

Is that RINO or rhino ... or both?

Her dad needed to tell her “They will know you by the company you keep.”

Oh never mind, she is just “reaching across the aisle.”

Like her dad, she apparently believes there is no greater virtue than throwing your supporters (reluctant as they may have been) under the bus and palling around with the other side.

“If you can’t get the right to love your moderate ass, suck up to the left.”

like father like daughter. Both believe that Republicans can win by creating a coalition of the center/left, center, and center/right. Both are wrong of course. But, their motivation is driven by two things; first their dislike of the right and second, their desire to be loved by the left. Meghan's taking on of Ann Coulter and Laura Ingram is just a way for this rookie novice to gain some visibility and face time in the media. So far, it appears that both Ann and Laura have basically ignored her.

Please be respectful. I called her a RINO, not a Rino. No jokes about her weight or those other gals on the View. Comment on the great ideas talked about on “The View”. These women have minds too. We dont want to offend the View Fans that might be logged in.

I think it’s been established that Nicole Wallace was the mole.

LOL! The first two came to my mind also. They’d rip the left to shreds. Alan, as the token liberal woman....just perfect! : )

“These women have minds too.”

I apoligize, Obviously The View covers a broad range of opinions. BTW have you watched it in letterbox format? You get a broad view.

Did Meghan McCain have a career before she became involved with her father's campaign? It looks to me like she is trying to fill her father's shoes as "Republican who can be counted on to bash Republicans." Of course, she has an easier road than her father did. In today's media, you don't have to be bothered actually learning about government, serving in the military, or getting elected. After all, if Caroline Kennedy can be seriously considered as a Senator, why can't Meghan McCain be a political operative?

I see Meghan McCain's actions as a desperate attempt to remain viable in media. It's really her only career option right now, isn't it? After all, it is not as if she is going to get a lot of mileage out of her work on the McCain campaign train wreck. No one wants to interview her about that. No one wants to read a blog about her father or his campaign. Reinventing herself into a person that the liberal media can love (and will feature) is her only marketing option. The position only requires that the liberal media be able to point to you as a "Republican" and that you then respond by attacking other (more important) Republicans.

It is so irritating to me that the media will feature someone as insignificant as Meghan McCain simply because she is willing to turn on other Republicans. Let's see, if Al Gore's daughter turned out to be conservative, do you think she would get a lot of interviews? Meghan McCain needs to recognize that she is being used by the media and others. She might want to have a chat with Patti Davis on that topic.

Sad that she has become no more than a ‘useful idiot’. Pathetic actually. . .

Ms. McCain should get off the political stage before she gets steamrolled.

She is in way over her head.

This is how the media works. If a pubbie goes left, they get rewarded. Say something bad about someone staunch? The MSM will sing your praises, pimp your book, and give you soft-ball interviews so you can repeat your words to a wider audience. The private face of this social persuasion includes invites to posh galas and perks for your friends and family.

(John) McCain was feted as such for years, with the MSM carefully nurturing his “Maverick” tendencies. They held him aloft right through the Republican primaries, and then cut his wires immediately after.

The MSM does not like us, does not agree with us, and does not think the right has ANYTHING good to offer, even piecemeal. If you find yourself in their good graces, it is because either you are playing the role of Ephialtes of Trachis (99% of cases), or because they are trying to increase your profile in the hopes of magnifying something stupid you later do or say (or holding such information on something already so accomplished to better publicize it).

I saw a clip of this wannabe on FOX news this morning..All she wants is publicity..I s the rumor true that this bozo is the one that called the Palins the Hill Billies and also through another idiot told about the price of the clothes the Republican party bought for Sarah?I would not doubt it..She is a vicious little fool..Her father might as well forget running for president again because no conservative will vote for him...The only reason I voted for her daddy was because of Sarah Palin..

Megan McCain knew what show to go on to do her rants she knew that the Views old Cow”s would love her..well Megan how does it feel to belong to the losers club..You have made it..

Behar has been brain dead for years, and just now realized Clinton wasn’t President anymore. She is a complete fool and plays the part of chief bit#$%^% well on the view along with Baba WaWa in cahoots. The baby Rino Meghan should know by now she has as much influence on the Republican party as Jimmy Carter does, meaning absolutely zero, nada, zit, zip, fini, none, etc. She really should just STFU and go away!

Please be respectful. I called her a RINO, not a Rino. No jokes about her weight or those other gals on the View.

She is begging to keep this stirred up to call attention to her fledgling career as a pundit. It is against my nature to play her game.

Comment on the great ideas talked about on “The View”.

OK...there was...uhmmmm...well, there was...ughhhhhh...There were several times when one of them said something to the effect of, "Let's break for a commercial message." That's the best thing stated on The View that I can recall.

These women have minds too. We dont want to offend the View Fans that might be logged in.

They are the epitome of the High School clique, mob mentality. Most never support their argument, but simply state their opinion as fact and ridicule another's disagreement. A thinking person would spend no more than a brief listen to their bilge.
