It's accredited by the state of California Department of Education. It is not accredited by the American Bar Association or the State Bar of California. No on-line only universities can be accredited by either the ABA or any state Bar association, and only California allows graduates from on-line Universities to sit for the Bar exam.

So she didn’t go to the vaunted “haahvaard”? That’s what bothers you? I happen to know some haaahvaard lawyers who couldn’t shine the shoes of this lady. I don’t care if she got her degree from Tiddly Winks U. If she can pass a VERY difficult bar exam where most who take it flunk it in any given year....she OUGHT to be receiving your kudos and applause. But instead we seem to be seeing stuffy class warfare.
How did we function for all those years before you had to go to law school to pass the bar in most states
So many lawyers, including very many of great stature in those first 150 years or so never went to law school at all; they just passed the bar. Imagine. How did we survive as a nation without degree requirements? Weren’t we lucky?
