I have a new campaign rally against the ABCs which attack those (who are non-violent) in the Patriot Movement: DEFUND THE FBI, DHS, NSA, SS, CIA and FEMA!

Just the first small step to suppressing free speech and political descent. It’s a sad day that this is in my state.

People wondered why I'm skeptical of powers given up in the "War on Terror." People don't like how I had no problem with an Obama appointee being a defense lawyer for John Walker Lindh.

This is why. My guard goes up anytime I hear government proclaim someone as a "terrorist." We could be the targets.

I thought terrorists were just all misunderstood. I thought Islam is a religion of peace, so why isn’t Christianity? I thought Allah and Jehovah are the same God? So why does Islam get a pass for killing Americans and Americans are criminalized for wanting freedom? How useful to us is a government who doesn’t represent us? Do they just want to stir up more anger and dissent? And where in the hell are the Patrick Henrys of the world when you need them?

Police are NOT YOUR FRIENDS. The term “jack booted thugs” has meaning. THe people providing this guide are enemies. They are lying and spinning just as much as an MS-NBC host.
Ron Paul was NOT a third party candidate, not that it should make ANY DIFFERENCE. He ran for the GOP. Yes, he seemed weird at the time, ranting about the economy and the Fed. He seems distinctly less weird now. As the rap song says “F*** the Police.

Oh heck. I guess I’m gonna get stopped when I drive through Missouri. I have bumper stickers on my car . . . at least two dozen.

Things like “Don’t Tax Me Bro’” and “I carry a pistol because a rifle won’t fit in my purse” and a little one that says “infidel” and some fake gunshot holes and other stuff.

Who does these studies? Radical Islamists kill thousands of citizens on 9/11 and now the liberals in Washington want to make nice to them.

Meanwhile, American citizens who follow the law, pay taxes, raise kids in 2 parent families, believe in God, want small government and free enterprise, plus enjoy the shooting sports are called the the “modern militia movement” and are said to be potential cop killers. This is nuts. Conservatives and those who want the Republic as formed by the Constitution are the cure for America and not the enemy.

So, if a conservative illegal immigrant with a copy of Hayek’s Constitution of Liberty in his back seat were stopped for his Ron Paul bumper sticker, could he sue for “profiling”?

Um, how about gangs, guys? Don't you think these are a bit more of a threat than the militia movement? They aren't exactly America-lovers in the inner cities.

This sort of funny coming from Missouri. Seems to me that the Governor of that particular state has the power to conscript from the “unorganized militia of Missouri”, and even use it to replace the National Guard if it is mobilized outside of the state.

As I recall, the militia in Missouri has a long history of citizen support for the state. Sounds like they may be just another casualty caused by the epidemic of PC mentality.

"Troopers have been shot by members of groups"

List the groups then. I can think of at least one. And it was started by presidential friend, Bill Ayers.

Reading that document was somewhat chilling.

Much of the stuff they associate with “anti-government” activity I hear people speak, and read on the internet every day, and none of it is by “anti-government” people. Hell, whoever wrote that document would label FR as some militia group, or anti-government conspirators.

This is the 90s all over again. The anti-government “militia” bogyman is back!

Yep, here it is right here. Looks like the militia members of Missouri include just about every able bodied citizen between 17 and 64 years of age. So, is Missouri going to change their state statutes now? Can’t have those nasty militia members hanging about!

Missouri Revised Statutes,

41.050. The militia of the state shall include all able-bodied citizens and all other able-bodied residents, who, in the case of the unorganized militia and the Missouri reserve military force, shall be more than seventeen years of age and not more than sixty-four, and such other persons as may upon their own application be enrolled or commissioned therein, and who, in the case of the organized militia, shall be within the age limits and possess the physical and mental qualifications prescribed by law or regulations for the reserve components of the armed forces of the United States, except that this section shall not be construed to require militia service of any persons specifically exempted by the laws of the United States or the state of Missouri.
