A study conducted by the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) has cast doubt over Israel's survival beyond the next 20 years.
The CIA report predicts "an inexorable movement away from a two-state to a one-state solution, as the most viable model based on democratic principles of full equality that sheds the looming specter of colonial Apartheid while allowing for the return of the 1947/1948 and 1967 refugees. The latter being the precondition for sustainable peace in the region."
The study, which has been made available only to a certain number of individuals, further forecasts the return of all Palestinian refugees to the occupied territories, and the exodus of two million Israeli - who would move to the US in the next fifteen years.
"There is over 500,000 Israelis with American passports and more than 300,000 living in the area of just California," International lawyer Franklin Lamb said in an interview with Press TV on Friday, adding that those who do not have American or western passport, have already applied for them.
"So I think the handwriting at least among the public in Israel is on the wall...[which] suggests history will reject the colonial enterprise sooner or later," Lamb stressed.
He said CIA, in its report, alludes to the unexpectedly quick fall of the apartheid government in South Africa and recalls the disintegration of the Soviet Union in the early 1990s, suggesting the end to the dream of an 'Israeli land' would happen 'way sooner' than later.
The study further predicts the return of over one and a half million Israelis to Russia and other parts of Europe, and denotes a decline in Israeli births whereas a rise in the Palestinian population.
Lamb said given the Israeli conduct toward the Palestinians and the Gaza strip in particular, the American public -- which has been voicing its protest against Tel Aviv's measures in the last 25 years -- may 'not take it anymore'.
Some members of the US Senate Intelligence Committee have been informed of the report.
NOPE.
THAT IS NOT
the way God wrote the script.
LOL!
However,
since the regathering in 1948 . . . God has been busy insuring that all the other puzzle pieces to fit into the
SAME
END TIMES ERA . . . ALL those prophecies and their supporting puzzle pieces have been increasingly moving into place exactly, precisely as Scripture predicted 2000 years and longer ago.
Clueless sorts may deny that.
God Almighty will insure that HIS WORD is fulfilled to the nth degree.
I think THAT UNBiblical notion is unmitigated nonsense.
ALMIGHTY GOD DISAGREES.
Guess who my vote is with.
Apparently, beating up the Jews has historically been fun.
God told them that would be their lot for their disobedience and rebellion.
It has been and will be until Christ returns.
Thankfully, that’s clearly not that far off.
Though much blood will flow before that GRAND event.
Where does Scripture specifically mention the 1948 political and geographic entity as the final "Israel"?
The man responsible for the present state of Israel was Harry Truman. Do you think he’s God?
(No one bothers to study the history. Man’s manipulations of societies is never good. If the state of Israel lasts 20 years I’ll be surprised. It has nothing to do with war—it’s demographics.)

There is some End Times idea that Israel will be attacked by air (airplanes? missiles?) and that God will blow them up before they can touch Israel.
Is there really Scripture that says this?
I was wondering if it were true if an EMP would do the trick of making their missiles go nonoperational.
All Biblical and eschatological teaching aside, I think that’s the key right there. As long as there is a will to hold on and to fight, the nation of Israel as we know it (defined by politics and not necessarily the Bible) has a chance. Once that’s gone, so are they.
Should have? Dream on. That wouldn't have worked either.
“The CIA obviously hasnt read the Bible and Gods promise to Israel. Israel will NEVER be defeated ...”
Go read your Bible again. Israel, when it was Israel was defeated many times. The promise is to Jews, not a man-made state called Israel.
Hank
Thankfully, thats clearly not that far off.
There have been entire American protestant denominations saying that since the days of William Miller and his prediction of Christ's return in 1844.
I'm not sure there's anything clear about it at all. No man knoweth the hour, and all that...
Just a little history: some American Founding Fathers favored a Jewish state of Israel, as have many presidents, including Lincoln. In 1917, President Wilson supported the British Balfour declaration promising a homeland for Jews in Palestine. This was while the whole Middle East was still part of the Ottoman Turk Empire, and Arab leaders of the time were happy to have Jews as allies to help overthrow the Turks.
But Israel was NEVER "set up as a Jewish State." Instead, the Jews living in Palestine declared their independence and established THEIR OWN STATE. IMMEDIATELY all her Arab neighbors declared war and invaded the new Israel. They were defeated in 1948, and in every war since.
THAT'S WHY Israel is and will remain a Jewish state.
Finally, this whole article about a supposed CIA study is obvious and transparent Iranian propaganda.
I would hazard a guess that our Free Republic monitors allow it to be posted because of the interesting and lively debate it provokes. It certainly caught MY attention. ;-)
The numbers of Jews that are turning to Christ.
Read the book of Joel; it makes it plain that turning to him is the key.
Why?
Scripture predicted the destruction of Jerusalem in 70 A.D.
Did that preclude ANOTHER destruction of Judea and Jerusalem in 135 A.D. after the Bar Kochba Revolt?
What specific Scripture are you relying on to claim that the SPECIFIC geopolitical "State of Israel" formed in 1948 is the SPECIFIC "Israel" that will be in existence at the End Times?
The day nor hour is
DIFFERENT
from
even the week, month, year, decade, era.
Sheesh.
It would appear that we
share insufficient
common experience and insufficient common dictionary
to have a very meaningful dialogue.
Cheers.
Geographically, there has never been a shred of a question. Temporally, one only has to add up the prophecied time. There are literally hundreds of websites that contain basically the same analysis, and the time comes not to 1948, but to 1967.
I’ve read all manner of speculations about such.
Usually missiles etc. are quite hardened against EMP pulses.
However, nothing is sufficiently hardened against
ALMIGHTY GOD’s hand.
. . . in whatever endless variety of ways HE might choose to act.
I don’t recall any Scripture off the top of my head that would indicate an attack from the air. Might be one. I just don’t recall one at present.
Thx.
