Bells and whistles need to sounded. I am off the hinges on this!!! Are there any live Sunday Radio Programs we can call into? This is outrageous. I have to go back and re-read this Bill. Do you know the specific Section where you found this "gem?" What does Senator McCain think about this language and the intention behind this? Has he read the Bill?

This is a hard slap in the face for everyone but especially our brave men and women in the military.

We all have to stand up and SCHOOL Congress. I bet no one in Congress has READ this Bill. They all should be "fired" for incompetence and negligence. This is the biggest sham ever to be perpetrated on the American people. Do you notice how many times they refer to "disadvantaged youth?" Funny that's the same terminology the mainstream media like to use for all the muslims rioting in France, the Netherlands, etc.

If you go to the nationalservice.org website, you'll see how much of the so-called stimulus money they are planning to spend on this nonsense.

Their national goal for 2010 is to engage 75 million Americans in volunteering. That's about 1/4 of the entire population! Does that make sense to you? The US Census indicates that about 13% of the population have income below the poverty level, so why do we need so many people to help such a small minority? It's not about helping the needy, it's all about power and control.
