WASHINGTON (AP) - The White House says it got a heads up before FBI agents raided the former offices of a new Obama administration technology official.
White House spokesman Robert Gibbs says the Department of Justice told the White House on Thursday morning of its planned raid at the offices of the District of Columbia's chief technology officer. Vivek Kundra recently left that post to take a job in the White House. Gibbs declined to say if administration officials knew about the ongoing investigation of the D.C. technology office when they hired Kundra.

How much notice, I wonder, and to what end? Why would the FBI open itself up to the possibility of political manipulation or are we to believe that the FBI Director would have the stones to say "no, we're going ahead with the raid" if told to stop it? Will we ever know if someone was tipped off ? How much evidence got destroyed?
This is really troubling in light of the current administration's attempts to derail the independence of the Offices of Inspectors General. And why isn't Kundra on suspension until this matter of corruption in Kundra's former office is put to rest?
Seems the only appointment working out is over at DOD ... oh, wait. GWB appointed him.

"Multiple felonies. From the press whores: crickets. I thought that 2008 would be the low point for the MSM, and that they would recognize the errors of their ways and change. I was wrong. It has gotten worse - much worse. The three major nightly news casts are nothing short of in-kind contributions to the 2012 Obama Re-election Committee. It's shameful. Absolutely shameful.

Has Obama appointed 1 honest man?No, he's the new Diogenes--still searching for one.
Hell, he'd settle for a dishonest man who at least paid his taxes.
