Peg Luksik makes a very good point. Obama not showing up for the Salute to Heroes Inaugural Ball was not an oversight, it was a snub and reflects this boy presidents disdain for our military.

This president is doing many bizarre things uncharacteristic of any past president. His term will be up in four years, his popularity is dropping daily. He’s acting like some small time political hack....not a president. The Obama Gaffe book will be huge after 4 years!
This is old news that Obie didn’t visit the Medal of Honor receipients. But then why is anything else expected? Obie, as a good Lefty Democrat is anti-military. Never expect a change.
I saw a snippet of video showing the Anointed “0”ne and his family getting off of Marine 1 and him tossing off a smug and arrogant “salute” to the honor guard...made me want to punch him in the nose...

Until this year. This year, for the first time, a United States president, who carries the title of commander in chief of America’s military, decided honoring those who served and sacrificed in that military was NOT a priority.
The 48 Medal of Honor winners and their families who were in attendance were not visited by this president. They waited in vain while Mr. Obama visited the Hollywood-sponsored events....
Marxist Obama views our Military with the same contempt that WE hold for his (alleged) mentor and BFF, domestic terrorist Bill Ayers.
The highest priority for Marxist Obama and his handlers is to degrade, insult, demoralize, defund, and re-orient our precious Military.
