Again I ask - what state do you live in? Not every state has the same set of laws regarding pseudoephedrine.

The other thing I have found, that for some reason, most retailers around here (Little Rock, Arkansas) seem to have supply issues with products containing this ingredient. It is not unusual to find that when you carry the little card from the shelf to the counter, they say “sorry - we are still out”. So - the answer - buy a few boxes when they DO get some in... Oooppss... can’t do that either. Strict limits on how much you can buy at one time.

Bleh.

I think Walgreens’ pharmacy is open all night. I've never had a problem buying products with pseudoephedrine and like you I'm in a state where we have buy it only from pharmacies and we have to show an ID and sign something. But, then again I probably only buy that stuff once every couple of years so it's no big deal for me. If you have asthma or allergies or COPD or something and you have to buy it pretty often I guess I could see how might be a pain if you don't have a pharmacy down the street.

Where did you previously ask me what state I live in?

I'm in Michigan.

I've never taken a little card to the counter. I just go to the counter and ask for the pseudophedrine, I sign some piece of paper, they give me the stuff and I leave. I've never had them be out either. In fact, they usually have a couple of brands to choose from, including the cheaper generic brand.
