President Barack Obama, sounding weary of criticism over federal earmarks, defended Congress' pet projects Wednesday as he signed an "imperfect" $410 billion measure with thousands of examples. But he said the spending does need tighter restraint and listed guidelines to do it. Obama, accused of hypocrisy by Republicans for embracing billions of dollars of earmarks in the legislation, said they can be useful and noted that he has promised to curb, not eliminate them.

On another potentially controversial matter, the president also issued a "signing statement" with the bill...

Why sign a bill that has Constitutional concerns? Isn’t his sworn oath to defend and protect the Constitution of the United States?

If he has concerns and passes the buck, he has broken his oath of office and should be immediately impeached and removed.

What a farce. Odooma’s pressing his luck.

Poor Barry's weary.

That's how I feel when I think about how much money is being drained out of me.

"Read my lips: No New Earmarks"

As they say in Montana, Horse Puckie!

Zer0 and Queen Nancy decide to use a "Commerical" flight from Washington, D.C. to Billings, MT, for a special meeting.

Zer0 is seated in First Class, naturally, in seat 1A, the Queen is in 1D.

An old cowpoke takes his seat in 1B, worn cowboy boots, worn blue jeans, a belt buckle about the size of a dinner plate, a worn shirt with snaps. Get the picture!

Zer0 says to his seatmate: "I hear if one strikes up a conversation with their seatmate the flight goes by much faster. Want to talk?

Cowboy say: "Yup"

Zer0 says: Do you want to talk about the "economic reform" we are working on in D.C.?

Cowboy says: "Wait, I have a question for you first. You know horses poop "Road Apples", cows poop "Cow Paddies" and deer poop "Little Deer Pellets". They both eat grass. Do you know why their poop is so different?

Zer0 says: "I have no earthly idea"

Cowboy says: "Well, how the heck can we talk about "economic reform" if you don't know $hit?"

Obama, “We are going to ban all earmarks — the process by which individual members insert pet projects without review,”

This is not just hypocrisy, it's a flat out lie.
