I don’t like abortion, but there is no mention of it in the constitution. Roe v Wade was a terrible decision.
The abortion issue should be left to the states to decide.

I dont like abortion, but there is no mention of it in the constitution.The Declaration of Independence states that all men are endowed by their Creator with the right to life, and the fourteenth amendment to the Constitution guarantees equal protection under the law; there's a real argument to be made that murder laws that don't protect unborn children run afoul of that clause.
