So what? They’ll just call in a favor from zero and get a presidential pardon, and their arses kissed by the very law enforcement people who dared insult the ones friends with facts...
That pardon will be Obama’s most expensive favor ever. I hope it occurs before we swear in Mark Sanford as POTUS in 2013.
Its just another distraction. First, FBI informant or not, its hearsay. A guy told me that this girl Dohrn did it. Hmmmm, will the guy testify. Well, no its his wife and he can’t......oops.
More likely is the scenario that Obama will be willing to salvage his waning popularity by throwing Dohrn and Ayers under the bus, and letting the chips fall where they may, if this case comes to a conclusion. This of course would ‘PROVE’ retroactively that Ayers was just, after all, a guy from the neighborhood, who had no real ideological connection to Obama. Obama is perfectly capable of doing this: another natural-born bus-thrower-under was Bill Clinton, if you’ll remember.
IF this goes all the way through, you can bet on a pardon on Nov. 5, 2012, win or lose.
