Why is he representing us.He’s been a Catholic for all of 3 years.Is he the only speaker they had?

As a convert myself, I don’t agree with the implication of your post.

Sometimes the “new” Catholic has a fire and a spirit that comes as a very great grace attached to their new birth into Catholicism.

He is Catholic. For me, that is sufficient for this moment.

I can never understand why some take any occasion to join in circular fire.

Agreed.

Based on his past track record, people should stop following him. There are plenty of other Catholics, who've been with our church longer and who are more effective than an attention seeker like Terry.

What's to object to? I don't care if he's been Catholic for five minutes, he's bang on the money. Way better than the DRE at my Parish who conviced youth that they could vote for Obama, based upon Faithful Citizenship . All I can say is "Preach it Randy!"
