The recently released Diageo/Hotline Poll is the only one keeping him at above 60%. Personally, I don't know anyone that's happy with Zero except maybe my Dad.

I wonder why the Rasmussen “disapprove” numbers are so much higher than the others.

Rasmussen is the gold standard. IIRC the final Gallup was O55 and M44.

Well for one thing he is polling likely voters (LV) who, presumably, are not only registered to vote, but voted in the the most recent election or most recent elections, and will likely vote in the midterm elections. These people tend to be wealthier and more Republican and are following Obama much more closely then just registered voters (RV.)

Look at the undecideds in some of those. Do we honestly think that many haven’t made up their minds?

If he is polling via robotic phone dial it is easier for people to say NO to Obama rather than feel intimidated by a live person polling them on the phone and are afraid to say they disapprove of Obama.

There is an article on RCP that reminds us that without a 60% or higher approval rating the other party usually gets crushed in midterms. This is why you see Dems running scared. The so-called Blue Dogs will get hammered in 2010. Mark my words.

That is still to high. I want the numbers down to where they will effect his political life which they do not now at all.

They already are. A month ago he would have had no trouble ramming through his massive budget. Now Congressional Rats from conservative districts are howling. They know they will be the ones that pay the price.

Likely voters is the only one that matters to me. Who cares what “adults” think; half of them dont vote. Same with a lot of registered voters.

Rasmussen is the only credible, on the spot in 2008 polster in that list... and hussein will be below 35% soon.

Wonder why Rasmussen’s disapproval rating is so much higher than the others. Is he the only one including Republicans in his polling data?

I’m aghast.

Barack Obama is the worst President in my lifetime and has already financially raped me and my children.

Those who dont see how bad Obama is for the economy are financial illiterates.

Those 60% Obama supporters are like like folks who cheer on a rapist for the fun of it. Idiotic lovers of evil. Or morons. Or both.

If you recall, Gallup played with their polling data. Gallup made 3 tracking polls - a traditional voters, regular voters, and expanded voters.
