Weather permitting we hope to see this from out over the ocean here in Savannah. Second best way to see a shuttle launch.

We are leaving a day early for a conference in Orlando to get a place near space coast to watch the night launch live from nearby. I understand they are pretty spectacular. So we hope it goes off ontime and safely.

Does anyone know the launch path for this Shuttle? I hope I can see it from Wilmington, NC.

Oh Oh, looks like another East Coast view. http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,508044,00.html
I saw the last one flame out up here in Pa as it reached space. I know what where to look this time.

I enjoy these live threads, but 23 hours in advance? I’ll miss the discussion of the launch because of all the pages I’ll have to wade thru to get it!

It will be launched on the typical Russian orbital inclination of the ISS.

Cool! I live in Tampa but I’ll be working in Orlando, tomorrow. I’ll have to make my way east across the Beeline if the weather looks good.

I admire your enthusiasm and enjoy the threads.
Don't mind me. Still trying to figure out why the "weekly" 24 thread is just one continuous one! Try to catch up with THAT one!
