On Barbara Simpson’s radio show last week (560 KSFO in San Francisco) she said that when the issue is brought up on the air, “threats are made”. And that’s why no one with a national audience (except Savage -— but he’s out there anyway) will bring it up.
Rush, Coulter and Hannity deal with threats everyday. Hannity carries a gun and Coulter has armed body guards. I can't see any of them shying away from this because of threats. Hell Bush I and II have secret service protection, what's stopping them from raising the issue?
