Maybe the LA Times is finally so desparate that they are willing to try anything ... like telling the truth.

but Ron Paul is also 10% insane I'll take 10% insane over 90% stupid any day.
So that leaves me Ron Paul.
You get Steele, Snowe, Collins, Specter, and McCain.
Feel better?

The worldwide leftist MSM as well as the leftist political indoctrination in schools at every level worldwide, thanks to worldwide, worsening political correctness, are both major contributors to anti-Americanism.

We could have had a Ronald Reagan domestic and foreign policy on steroids.

The problem with putting a Ron Paul out as a leader is he pops a screw, goes kooky, at the most inopportune time, then the media piles on — And brands all his followers as kooks.
It's why he couldn't get wide traction in the election, he marginalized himself.
We need solid, articulate leaders, not just people who are right about some things.
I do agree he is making more sense about the right thing to do with the current financial mess than most.

America has degenerated to the point that we don’t deserve Duncan. But oh how I wish Republicans had been more attentive, not distracted by the smiling fool from AZ or the lying gov from Mass.

Kinda nutty (actually, a LOT nutty) to compare Jefferson to the Paulestinian.
Lest we forget so soon, it was the Romney supportyers at FR who derided Duncan for not buttoning his suit coat!

2012 is approaching. Perhaps the gop can be convinced that a red blooded patriotic REAL conservative is the answer.

It's why he couldn't get wide traction in the election, he marginalized himself. Yeah, that silly Constitutional thing. And keeping within his budget. Etc.
The sad thing is, the right path is considered "on the margins" now.

"Ron Paul is 100% correct on how to deal with the phony "crisis". Tighten your belt, cut spending, cut taxes." Someone was trying to convince me Ron Paul had a large earmark attached to the Omnibus Bill but I can find no record of such. Does anyone know if its true?

Not just one, but multiple earmarks attached. As always.

Spends half his time telling the truth and the other half being a truther. Can we hire him half the time?
Oh, and this drunk on the corner downtown told me it was raining today. Damned if the old drunk wasn’t correct!
