I suppose they couldn’t have used “Dumb and Dumber” for the two of them due to copyright issues.

PS In all seriousness, I think you’re right about the USSS some thought into the names—lots of folks have pointed out JFK was “Lancer”

I heard this earlier. Aside from the fact that it is disturbing enough that our fearless leader has a direct line to the NYT (how many times did he converse with them before the election?) but the guy is a complete lame. A wuss. And if I were a member of the press core, I would be hopping mad that he didn’t hold a presser instead of selectively releasing/conversing with one supposedly friendly paper.

Some are right on. Reagan was “Rawhide.” But Clinton was “Eagle.” (Perhaps referring to his eye for the ladies.)

“OBAMA: Uh, you know, I — I — I have more than enough to do, uh, without having to worry about the financial system. Uh, and the fact that, uh, we’ve had to take these extraordinary measures, uh, and intervene, uh, is, uhh, not an indication of my ideological preferences —”

And, er, uh the f-f-fact of the madder, er uh, is uhhh that uh b-b-b-because uh I uh inter-v-v-vened, is not an indication of uh, uh my concern for the er n-n-na-nation’s economy, uh but uh an indication that uh, uh, i am way over my, uh... where was I?

Who the hell refers to a helicopter as a ‘copter’ these days? Most everyone I know calls them choppers. Copter sounds so elitist. Maybe copter is the term of choice used by experienced community organizers.

And to think these jackasses made fun of Bush all the time for his bumbling speech.

True, but the really interesting aspect to me is how all the same detractors of Bush as a sock puppet of the evil Haliburton/Cheney cabal now have standing before them a man who cannot even speak without reading words from ... who?

Suddenly they are "intellectually incurious", and feeling no dissonance watching a real sock puppet.

“Who the hell refers to a helicopter as a ‘copter’ these days?”

Elitist racist snobs who have never had a real job? I’m just guessing though.

The correct word is “stammering”.

I think the correct phrase is "blithering idiot"

I wonder if 0’s Secret Service code name is “Beavis”.

I think "Buthead" would be more accurate.

it must be that the drugs since than have had a terrible effect

Good point! Who knows how much of his brain is fried because of all the drugs he took in the past? And I guess that was Bush's problem, too. He also was painful to listen to.

I'm so old, I used to watch a show called “Whirlybirds”.

Now we have a President who is a “Girlybird”.

No offense to the ladies out there.

NO, BUTTHEAD IS BIDEN'S SS NAME.

I think Laurel and Hardy was already taken, as well as The Captain and Tenille.

And no, I would never say Amos and Andy because that would be racist. It would also belittle Amos and Andy comparing them to the two idiots we have in D.C.

That just gave me an idea for a bumper sticker.

If Obama is in the woods
and his teleprompter falls down
does he make a sound?

So I just created it and posted it for sale on zazzle.com
