This is old news yet I found nothing in the FR search. I thought I should post it for those who didn't know about this. I am finding out that many have never even heard of it. I would have posted a mainstream media article but none exists.

Phyllis Schafly wrote in considerable detail on this business. A lot of people thought that she was paranoid, but I’m afraid not.
Now it’s a whole new ball game, and we have other more immediate concerns, such as making deals with Muslim terrorists and destroying our economy.
But no doubt Obama will get around to this NWO stuff again, because he wants to be World Leader.

Between NAFTA and the NAU was supposed to be an intermediate entity called the
Free Trade Area of the Americas. It was supposed to be in place by 2005; obviously it is not-it has stalled , according to the articles I read at the time primarily because too many CA and SA countries feared DC would be too dominant. Anyone who thinks the NAU is pure tinfoil should remember that the FTAA is not fantasy. In fact, if the article I linked to is accurate, the next meeting to get the thing off the ground is scheduled to take place this year.

President Bush intends to abrogate U.S. sovereignty to the North American UnionOur version of Truthers, I guess.
We oughta get rid of Bush before he does this!

I have never quite figured out why anyone listens to Dr. Corsi...or bothers with WND.
Whatever.

Search again, using KEYWORDS: Nau, northamericanunion, nafta. You’ll get plenty of hits.
BTW, I wear this “tin foil hat”. To me, NAU is a fact, and not a lunatic’s ranting.
The players and motives may be different, but the NAU is real, and we are moving towards it.

This crap has been floating around FR for years.
It’s nothing but some globalist wet dream with NO chance of ever becoming reality. It’s not worth a passing glance.

You mean that a rant of Corsi’s missed a posting or several on FR? Hardly............

Various academics have proposed various versions of a North American Union for years. The concept of a North American currency called the “Amero” comes from one of those proposals.
There is no proof that any agency of the US, Canadian, or Mexican governments supports this in any meaningful way.
Jerome Corsi, does not have the best record. He frequently taking things out of context and gets basic facts wrong. His articles on Interstate 69 and the Trans Texas Corridor betrayed a basic lack of understanding of the actual issue and a penchant for sensationalizing the mundane by basically lying about it.
I would recommend any Freeper take his words with a large grain of salt.
