Over the past week I have noticed a pattern developing in Obama’s supporters that I have heard interviewed on talk radio. The consensus has been that these supporters thought Obama was going to work toward reducing the deficit and be bipartisan, Obama is expected to be a uniter not a divider.

So far, these supporters have indicated that they are quite disappointed in Obama and want him to go in the direction of working with Republicans, cut spending and focus on job creation.

Well, we all know that it has been exactly the opposite.

I can see how one could have been fooled by Obama’s rhetoric on the campaign trail and made the mistake of believing and trusting Obama.

It is going to get very ugly when these folks realize they have been had by ‘the one’....unfortunately, we will all reap the whirlwind when it hits...

The only reason Democrats want to label something "bipartisan" is so they can duck responsibility. If some Republicans vote for the bills, they are at "fault" as well when the bills fail. It's just a matter of being able to spread the blame.

The polls still show that the American sheeple have blind faith in their “leader”. They are waiting for the “check in the mail.”

Now this is the part I DON’T understand! Obama’s rhetoric was so over the top that I don’t see how people were fooled if they listened to the words and not just the music. He stood on the stage at Denver and said that he would DEFEAT POVERTY, DISEASE AND CLIMATE CHANGE! Nobody can tell me that that is just standard political promise making, it is clearly claiming omnipotent powers, only a diety could do those things. Did people not hear what he was saying or did they actually think he was God?

Of course as soon as he was assured that he had won the election his tune changed from I can do anything to “No, we can’t.”
