People keep telling how brilliant Obama is, and how he has a plan to do whatever.
I just don't see it.
There's no there, there. He's an empty suit in it way over his head.

She knows. But she could not bring it up. It would be described as racist after all.

I think it’s a matter of time before he succumbs to his previous drug habit.

Whatever. Here's the best case scenario:
Things go from bad to worse. At least they don't get much better. The Repubs somehow grow a pair and manage to not trip over their own feet and take back the House. The stupidest thing they could do at that point would be to turn on Obama. The voters would be looking for answers, not vendettas. Better to ram conservatism down his throat. Then, seen as irrelevant, Bam-Bam gets his hiney kicked by Romney in 2012, along with gains in both houses. Then we spend 8 years cleaning this mess up.
Not a pretty picture, but unless you're planning on shooting your way into the White House...

Read between the lines: If one feels ENTITLED, one does not feel the need to work for things = LAZY!!

No it doesn't. There is an antidote, however: turn off the TV. That communication medium has engendered more laziness in the populace than any other phenomenon that comes to mind. It requires very little critical thought, feeding as it does both of the primary senses with no effort required on their part. It conditions people to intellectual sloth and atrophy.
One useful gauge is this: How often do you hear "How do you feel about (x)?" vs. "What do you think about (x)?"
Another one is the level of body piercing as young people struggle for individual identity in a meaningless world dominated by ephemeral images.
Another is to consider the Lincoln-Douglas debates which lasted hours, without any of the technological innovations that we know so well. How would these be received today? If unfavorably, ask yourself why.

Is Obama lazy? (Updated)Personally, I think it is incompetance. His only real job, if you can call it that, was radical college professor.

but I cant even imagine Obama (if hed ever have put on the uniform) surviving the first week in one of the Vietnamese prisoner camps.Let's face it, in the antebellum era, he would have been the house...person.

We've all seen his birth documentation.......they're under seal by the State of Hawaii.
"The time has come," the Walrus said, "To talk of many things:
Of shoes--and ships--and sealing-wax-- Of cabbages--and kings--
And why the sea is boiling hot--
And whether pigs have wings."

Well,
The question is: How criminal, how ruthless, how crazed will his sycophants be, to hang on to power? Will Rahm and crew use the power of the Feds to really stomp on the first real threat to Obama?
