The sponsor of a resolution to have Arkansas adopt a proposed U.S. constitutional amendment for equal rights for women says she's struggling to find enough votes in the face of strong opposition.
Senate Joint Resolution 12 would have Arkansas ratify the Equal Rights Amendment.

The time to ratify the Equal Rights Amendment expired June 30, 1982, after it had been extended by Congress from March of ‘79.
35 states ratified the ERA, but several states rescinded their ratification after approving. If they make this effort to renew ratification, and get to 38, it will have to go to court to decide, #1, if the time period for ratification means anything or if amendments are in circulation forever, and #2, can states rescind ratification of an amendment after approving it.

I dont think Obama even wants to remake the United States into a socialist state.
I think he wants to KILL all the white people in America, through economic chaos, freezing, starving, terrorist attack, etc.and is willing to see a lot of black people die, too, if thats what it takes.
Just as he is happy to see most black pregnancies end in murder, just as long as white babies are murdered, too.
So this must be the “change” Obamateur promised, huh? Ideas that didn’t work 30 years ago, and a philosophy that’s been discredited everywhere it’s been tried?
