I wonder what odds Las Vegas is giving on Obama serving a full 4 year term?

“Put another way - not what we were promised.”
Frankly I think you have to have brain damage to think that wasn't what Obama “promised”. He was elected with public knowing full well that he wanted to “spread the wealth”, nationalize health care, tax carbon and business and remove any obstacles to killing babies mostly in the womb.
Voters have no excuse.

How insulting - to Denzel.
The more pictures I see of Zero, the more he reminds me of an insect - one of those sucking types. Like a praying mantis.

Buyers remorse really sucks. Too bad the rest of us have to suffer along with the frekin morons that voted for this disaster....”
That’s the problem with our system. You have to live with the guy you voted for or against.
Another problem is the constant meddling of those fools in congress.
If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it!

I told people back in November that voting for him now just to feel good about themselves, which really was what most of his support was, whether because he’s black or because he wasn’t Bush, was going to cause economic pain down the road. Most of them just laughed. I love getting to say “I told you so” so soon.

The Dem Congress wont impeach him. And, if anyone moves against him, the Leftists will take to the streets. There's always 2010. Of course the "linguini-spined" Republicans could squander that opportunity too.

Perhaps we should endorse the Obama way and make it a cuban.

Well, are you gonna share?
Actually, they are not as good as all the hype would imply.
There are other “legal” varieties that are as good or better.

Hell, I met a little old lady on the Amtrak to NYC who told me she was voting for 0 (this was in Oct last year).
I tried to be polite (she was in her mid 80s if I remember)but I said that I was voting for McCain and I didn’t like Obama too much—(there’s an understatement).
She said, and I quote:
“I feel so sorry for the blacks—they’ve been down so long, and they need this. It’s their turn”
I mean, you almost don’t know how to react to such idiocy.

Have your cigar quick—I went to my tobacco store for a couple stogies last night.
On the door was a sign stating that due to S-CHIP legislation, or whatever the hell it is. Prices are going up April 1. I asked the girl how much-she said “a lot”. She said a buck a pack for cigarettes, and that cigars, loose tobacco, etc are all being raised big time as well.

I simply cannot believe that I am the only American who is both confused and dismayed by the mind-boggling fact that - after the expenditure of so much American blood and treasure to defeat communism during the fiercely contested and greatly prolonged Cold War - the American people have decided simply to roll over and surrender to communism at the ballot box.

Christ, don’t hope for that. I hate the guy, but I hope and pray he doesn’t so much as stub his toe while he’s in the Oval Office. Hope he has 4 healthy years and then goes away with his undeserved pension.
I worry about it in a way. If Al-Quada wanted to disrupt things, that would do it—big time. I was in the DC area when two raggedy-ass black Muslims with a rifle in an old Chevy tied the whole area in knots for nearly a month. That’s small potatoes compared to what could happen.
Besides the HUGE riots that would follow if anything happened to 0, the unwarranted adulation would be 300 times that of King’s lovefest.
King was basically a smooth-talking fraud, who, if he had lived would be on the scrapheap with his disciple Jessuh Jackson. But now, look.

But now the mask is off and the disconnect between rhetoric and reality is emerging as the dominant driver of the Obama narrative. The contrast is no longer between the young, personable, historic candidate Obama and a creaky, cranky old Republican White Guy, it's between what America thought it was getting in a President Obama (cool, reasonable and above partisanship) and what it now sees as the reality of a President Obama (government spending out of control, broken promises, more bureaucrats, etc. etc.). Obama is now open to total manipulation by someone "with the answers" to prop up his empty narcissistic suit. My guess? Chicago political thugs will step into the breach - with James Carvile(misspelled on purpose) calling the shots.

Don't hate 0bama. Hate what he does, hate what he stands for, hate what he is doing to America. But don't hate him personally. That is a tall order, and I struggle with that myself, but no less than Jesus Christ Himself taught His followers to hate the sin, but love the sinner. I'm trying not to hate 0bama personally, as incredible as it may seem to some of us, he's got a wife and children who love him and think the world revolves around him. Well, his children anyway, it's hard to tell about Aunt Ester, lol

I wouldn't worry about that at all. No way al-Qaeda would bump off 0bama, he's already done more to help them win their jihad against the West than all the hijackers of 9/11, and that's no exaggeration.
Besides the HUGE riots that would follow if anything happened to 0, the unwarranted adulation would be 300 times that of Kings lovefest.
Tell you what I think: IF anything happens to 0bama, it will be his own people who do the dirty deed. When they determine that there is more to be gained from his demise, than from his continued existence, they'll punch his ticket, try to find a way to blame it on conservatives or someone at the far right end of the political spectrum, and THEN?
The riots of '68 will look like a warm and reassuring fireplace scene from a Christmas gone by.
