Dont you read the twitter responses during Rick Sanchez’s show? Its awful! loaded to the top with libs. We need to get on Twitter. Honestly, dont know what it is or how to get it. lol
From twits you get twitter...............
Beware where you tweet.
Just a microblog - poor-man’s email. They use it - but so do conservatives. It’s much ado about nothing....which is what so much of our economy is built on these days.
Obama Twitters while the economy goes down the s***ter.
“Prepare to repel boarders to starboard!”
Oh, Goody! I love a bare-knuckled fight. Can I play the part of “Number One?” ;)
The “Tweeting Class” (left) is the mirror image of Sen Schmucky Schumer’s Chattering Class (right).
Isn't everything?
If it’s a tool of the left it’s only because they’ve learned to utilize Web 2.0 technology better than the right has.
The way forward is not to blow it off as a tool of the left but to start using it (and similar sites) to our own advantage.
JMHO
I don’t know quite what twitter is... but I think I recall some Democrats wanting to prohibit its just in the legislature where some Republican congressmen were using it to communicate to the outside world what was happening on the floor.
I take it that it is a glorified chat/IM group.
wow.. really? poor man’s email? Email is about as slow as snail mail for me..
I don’t agree. Twitter rocks.. so does Facebook.. Twitter gives you instant communication with folks doing a radio show, for instance: Hugh Hewitt.. 300 people can’t get through via the phone... but 300 can post instant feedback and questions/comments to Hugh during his show.
A tool is just a tool. It is not political.
Twitter and Facebook can be just as easily used by Republicans.
Wikipedia is more complex of a problem.
If it doesn’t twit
You must acquit
Could be. On the other hand, if those in control are Obama leftists, they have a ready made email and IP address enemies list of all users. And the White House may have direct access. Conservatives beware.
I’d say that flashmobs (which are “meet here at...” announcements sent by phone text) are more of a tool of the left.
Some think that they are “spontaneous” public “events” but I suspect that it has ties to anarchists who like to “test the wires” to see that a “mob” can be quickly paged to an address (as cover or to appear to be support for the anarchists activities).
I admit ignorance on this whole twitter thing. Isn’t it the same as instant messaging or texting?
It’s a tool. Nothing more.
