That whole situation was sad.
If Canadians had any balls, they may have stopped this in time.
Even the cops dicked around for FIVE hours while this maniac chopped and ate the body.

His release out of custody (should be a sentence) should include a specified time in the mental facility. Something like 25 to life. The guy is disturbed but he should be treated like the murderer that he is.
