Well, maybe the Prime Minister is happy with his gift. He doesn't seem all that bright and "with it" in the world of appropriate high-level gift-giving.

To boot, both he and Obama are ardent socialists, so theirs is, undoubtedly, a "special relationship". They are probably both tacky and cheap in various personal things but lavish in spending other peoples' money by the millions.....an apt description of socialists.
