Did anyone happen to see how big and beautiful the part full moon was around midnight last night?

It (we are on the PNW Coast) was sitting over the Ocean/Bay way low on the horizon like a big ole Harvest Moon.

To quote George Carlin: It’s not a near miss, it’s a near hit. A collision is a near miss....Boom!....Look, they nearly missed.

It’s not the asteroids that worry me ... it’s the Klingons around Uranus.

Where I am in Florida the moon was within one degree of being perfectly overhead at 8 pm EST.

Almost never does its wobbly path come this far north.

Well, if one of these hits, nobody will have to worry about “Global Warming” anymore.

30 meters is close to 100 ft. How big a hole would it make? How big was the one that hit Arizona? Saw that when I was kid. Very cool.

Too cold out there last night but I do get some nice moonlight through the bedroom window. I would love to put a skylight in there.
