Nearly all of the posts they quote on the KOS board were opinions, not threats. A few might be construed as threats, but they are the off hand remark type that was so common about Bush during his administration.

If someone posts death threats on telephone poles.....

It seems like shutting down FR would be like cutting down the telephone poles. If they take down this telephone pole, they should take down DU and KOS and ........

Even some of the posters on this thread do not seem to “get it”. We are under attack. The policy should be that admins should erase any comment that cannot be made while waiting in line for an airplane. That is the level of discussion which is “safe”.

Some words should not be used in the same sentence or even paragraph with the President. It is not wise. It is not prudent. It has no class.
