I’m not fan of Gibbs nor Obama.

But I’m not totally opposed to the tactic.

For eight years, the Bush White House sat back and took their whacks from the drive-by media without saying much in return.

Now there’s certainly something to be said for the old cliche of “taking it like a man” but at the same time, maybe it wouldn’t have hurt if the Bush White House went on the offensive every now and then against their opponent.

Hell, for that matter, it wouldn’t hurt if the entire GOP started acting like that instead of sitting back and allowing your media opponents to take free shots at you.

The difference in your assessment is that the ENTIRE Media LIED about President Bush for eight years and ONE radio commentator is being singled out for telling the TRUTH about Obama.
