Fla. clinic owner arrested after botched abortion (dear Lord, she threw the baby away)

An abortion clinic owner accused of delivering a live baby during a botched procedure and then throwing the infant away was arrested Tuesday, authorities said.
Belkis Gonzalez, 42, was charged with practicing medicine without a license and tampering with evidence, both felonies, said Ed Griffith, a spokesman for the Miami-Dade State Attorney's office. If found guilty, Gonzalez would face at least a year in prison and up to 15 years.
The teenage mother, Sycloria Williams, has filed a lawsuit alleging that Gonzalez knocked the infant off the chair where she had given birth, and then scooped the baby, placenta and afterbirth into a red plastic biohazard bag, and threw it out.

Abortion is all about the money. It is big business.
Rarely is it necessary to be life saving.
The ‘pill’ is a safer, cheaper, and better way of birth control.

There is little difference between killing a baby inside the mother or outside. Murder is murder! A baby feels the same pain, and can’t fend off attackers.
This mother is a murderer, too. It was one thing for her to know they were killing her child inside the womb, and another to actually watch the baby die. Maybe she learned something, but her lawsuit is frivolous at best.

Do you support the death penalty for killers of children? And as importantly do you trust that the justice system would give these creatures what they deserve? When the law is destroyed and perverted then its the responsibility of good citizens to do whats right.
Maybe not violence but something to make these people pay.

What did she expect the abortionist to do to her baby? She paid for a dead baby. She got a dead baby. I'd say the abortionist is not liable, at least not in civil court.
As for criminal issues, the law makes an arbitrary distinction between murdering a baby before birth and after birth. I'm in favor of enforcing the law when it can be enforced, and this looks like murder to me.

Our president,when a State Representative in Illinois, blocked attempts to make post-failed abortion infanticide a crime. He is a very popular man. Perhaps the baby killer was reading the polls.
