All of us who ACTUALLY heard Rush know this is a flat out LIE. I doubt seriously that this Democrat could have even heard Rush’s monologue the day he broached this topic. The Dem. I think this a**hat is refering to the controversy several years ago that the differences in severity of punishments between crack cocaine perps and powder cocaine perps was racist because white folks used more powder and blacks used more crack. It was racist because sentences for powder cocaine were less than for crack.

I think Rush argued to make the punishments the same. End of racism.

I just called his D.C. office, and the person answering the phone said Grayson never made this statement. I told him that if Grayson did not make this statement that he needs to get the word out - and if he DID make the statement, Grayson is wrong.
