Apparently, abortion isn't murder. I would assume since the girl's original intent was to abort a REAL LIVE BABY, that birthing the baby then murdering it would not constitute actual murder.
Personally, I would like to see this "mother" have murder charges brought up against her as well.

But, oh...if this woman had shot the pregnant girl, and the girl and unborn baby had died...the woman would have been charged with a double homocide! Tell me there is not a stupid double standard!
Our society is so sick when it comes to abortion, and just, for convenience sake, will not accept that willingly aborting a living fetus...no matter how many months along in the pregnancy...is still murder! These abortion practicers and the women who go to them will be lined up at the Pearly Gates waiting for their express train to the hot lands below! Whether they believe in/doubt there is a God or not, they will know the answer when it comes to their judgment day.
