The first one was put together in four days and 100 people showed up.
With more notice, we expect a much bigger crowd.
We’re already working on signing up some speakers (some local, but we’re also working on some bigger fish, nobody firm yet but as they commit we’ll certainly put out some PR on FR [couldn’t resist that one!] as well as in other places.)
Hopefully, you’ll be able to increase attendance by a factor of 5 to 10. Wish you success.
