He won't personally, but twenty or so of his best buddies in spiffy blue uniforms with thick vests and shiny black boots will come to ask you nicely to do so.

Then, when you refuse, they will break down your door, terrorize your kids, taze you, and shoot your dog.

Or, have one of their "snipers" execute your wife as she holds one of your kids.

Or, surround your house and burn it to the ground with you and your family inside.

At least, those have been the methods of choice so far.

At this point fellow citizens should mobilize, arm themselves and come to the aid of their neighbor. Bring in more teeth to counter the black boots and stand by to repel any attack. After that, they will either back off or decide to up the ante. If they escalate the manpower and weaponry, then so do we.

Maybe so but if it happens say 10 times I think that would be a call to arms. There is not enough law enforcement to do a mass confiscation so their only recourse is to legislate us into being defacto felons. The legislation should be the call to arms.
