It appears that Rush Limbaugh's speech yesterday to the Conservative Political Action Committee (CPAC) was just too much for CNN's political analyst, Bill Schneider, to handle. Schneider just couldn't contain his inner liberal as you can hear in the amazing invective hurled Limbaugh's way in this video as he was interviewed by Randi Kaye about the speech. Here is the transcript of Schneider in all his extremely biased glory:
RANDI KAYE, CNN HOST: Senior political analyst, Bill Schneider, watched it from Los Angeles. He's part of the best political team on television and he joins me now by phone. Bill, what do you make of Rush Limbaugh's tone during that keynote address?
BILL SCHNEIDER: Well, it was an angry tone. He was the hero of 1994. Fifteen years ago when Republicans won a big victory in Congress. And that was the year of the angry white men. When they came to power they honored him as being the prophet who led them to victory. Well, this was a very angry speech. By the way, they're not all white and they're not all men but they are angry conservative voters. They didn't do so well last year but they're still angry. The tone of this speech was mocking, bullying, it was full of contempt, and I thought it was a very harsh speech. One that while it rallied the conservative audience it also angered a lot of Democrats and people who aren't particularly partisan just by the tone of it.

We’re all angry, full of contempt, etc., with Hussein in the White House.
CNN and MSNBC’s numbers are in the toilet. FNC has been blowing them out of the water. The MSM and Hollywood have the same mentality — cut off their nose to spite their face. Instead of trying to build an audience and gain millions more viewers with fair reporting, they prefer to run the newsroom, newspapers and make movies based on liberal ideology. When Rick Santelli and Larry Kudlow went off the reservation, CNBC’s ratings spiked big time.
I don’t believe that the speech was directed toward Mr. Schneider, so why should Rush go out of his way to please him?
My mother can’t stand Limbaugh and even she thought it was a great speech.
Wackjob Liberals/Socialists Zero, Peloi, Reid and those in the MSM are purposefully ignoring the intense anger bordering on rage permeating our country. The American spirit won’t be silenced while being led into Socialist slavery. We traditionally don’t like dictators, don’t like having our freedom stolen, don’t like having our Constitution trashed, don’t like our religions attacked, and the list of their sins goes on. So, I guess Liberals will have to get used to our anger and rage. CNN get over it!

OMG! It rallied the conservatives? However, it was a failure in that it angered some otherwise soft-spoken, congenial democrats. The real loss was the “not particularly” partisan people. So basically any speech from a conservative must keep the democrats happy, now that is a tall order, since they are by nature angry people.
That’s what’s got ‘em worried.
The libs in my family were moved by Romney’s final speech. I’ll have to call around today to see what Rush’s speech did to them.
I figure Rush will pick up a couple million more listeners tomorrow.

Note the FIRST QUESTION on the TONE of the speech. This guy is not speaking off the cuff. They planned this response. Also notice the fullsome praise for the ‘political analyst’

Oh my, so perhaps CONSERVATIVES are not the only ANGRY people around.

Yeah, well, it really doesn't take much study to find out why: a)they(we) didn't do so well last year, and b)why they (we) are still angry, Bill. But of course finding the truth and presenting it is not your job, is it Bill...
