And how stupid is DeMint not to know this? Or if he did know it, why not mention it? Talk radio hosts have been saying all along they’re going to be silenced by this type of thing, not by the Fairness Doctrine, per se.

There should be a ten year moratorium on an legislation suggested by or introduced by any member of the Illinois congressional group as it now stands.

That amendment won't pass a first amendment test in SCOTUS.
Which is the whole point of the Repubican exercise.
The dems have overplayed their hand, and they will have their law slapped right down by SCOTUS.
