Of all the things to complain about in this bill, the Pell Grants seems to be a pretty minor issue.

At least college increases peoples earning power.

Exactamundo! So long as “college” includes trade and vocational schools, there’s no downside.

Paying college tuition increases the professor’s earning power - and funds the acedemic left. More funding for his communist revolution.

Ah, excuse me. College is no longer about education. It is about indoctrination. The goal is use our taxes to turn out an endless supply of Neo-Marxists.

But in the Obamacracy, white folks who aren't anarchists and activists need not apply for student loans, grants or any scholarships for high education...

No more college for whitey!!!

I don’t understand this. How can one Congress and President make anything “permanent.”

But does college in the USA increase the power of American students to produce the things that we need?

In a market headed towards stagflation which is a certainty with the furious spending of the last three weeks, "earning potential" does NOBODY any good! That is akin to the gubmint saying everyone gets a new car, but the kicker is that these new cars only run on enriched uranium pellets!

At some point the ChiComs who underwrote all of our debt are going to take notice of our spending bender and tell us we're over the credit limit.
