You'd think so, wouldn't you, but sometimes I wonder.

Sometimes I get the feeling that it has not occurred to them yet just how personal the unintended consequences of their misguided efforts and policies might become; that they believe they (and their extended "they") will be somehow above it all, somehow immune. They apparently believe they can stomp all over our liberties with no repercussions other than perhaps being voted into a cushy retirement.

Theoretically she and others of the political class are not immune from physical blowback, but realistically, they are. Their security apparatus sees to it.
