The Obama administration will seek to reinstate the assault weapons ban that expired in 2004 during the Bush administration, Attorney General Eric Holder said today. No, he’s talking about ANY pistol bullet that can pentrate a police vest. If its ever been chambered in a pistol, it’s a pistol round. You know, common pistol rounds like .223, 7.62x39, 30-30 wcf, 7mm’08, 308, 22 mag, etc.

You might not realize it, but in their mind, these all qualify as pistol rounds that can penetrate a vest.

Cop Killer Bullet = Any bullet. I’ve seen it in reference to FMJ, HP, SP. About the only thing I haven’t seen it refer to is Shotshells.
