Concur.
The General is treading on thin ice on this though. He could be recalled and officially silenced under § 888. Art. 88. Contempt toward officials. However in such a case, the General would certainly have standing.
He's got Brass Balls. I salute that.

My stepfather is a retired Air Force Sargent and he is in contact with Dr. Taitz to join the lawsuit.

The beauty of that is that they would have to allow his defense concerning Hussein’s illegitimacy. Husseins hidden documents would be subject to supoena.
His cojones must ring when he walks. Sounds like the kinda CO I’d want to lead my division.

NONE have responded, Surprise, surprise.

The beauty of that is that they would have to allow his defense concerning Husseins illegitimacy. Husseins hidden documents would be subject to supoena. You could say that was a possibility with any of the dozens of other suits that have been filed in this matter. But not a single one of them has made it to trial, and every single one that has come closed to trial has been dismissed. What makes this one different other than it's got a military rank attached to it?

However in such a case, the General would certainly have standing. In such a case the general would be a defendant and not a plaintiff. Don't confuse civil suits with criminal actions. He could request a subpoena Obama's skivvy size and that doesn't mean the judge has to allow it.
To: Non-Sequitur
Not only does he have standing, he can show the harm that would accrue to him should he not be able to prove hussein’s illegitimacy. He gets fined, demoted, or goes to the stockade.

Thank you General and don’t listen to the naysayers on here. No amount of evidence/common sense will ever sway their tainted minds.

Exactly, and I am amazed that we take so much flack for simply wanting to verify things that should have been verified long ago but were obviously overlooked.

Not only does he have standing, he can show the harm that would accrue to him should he not be able to prove husseins illegitimacy. Then make your case.
He gets fined, demoted, or goes to the stockade.
For what? He's a retired general who hasn't been on active duty for 10 years. Any injury he may claim because of Obama's ineligibility is highly speculative to say the least. And doesn't meet the requirements to establish legal standing. He has not more chance of success than any of Taitz's other cases.

PING; share with your address book. Please send to Rush, Hannity, Levin and the rest. Perhaps one of our emails will get through. We’re the instruments of truth since the MSM isn’t.
