You cannot attack on a speech like this. Do some of you not understand politics 101. I understand that some of the sign-ups from 2007 haven’t been here that long but think — you never want to give your opponents the MSM something to hang their hat on that will come back to haunt day after day.

His optimism carried the day! He did go after spending big time and earmarks by the RATs. Don’t you understand this was not a speech to conservatives?

You’re right this was not suppose to be a fire and brimestone speech the things poeple will remember is that he drew a sharp distinction between the dems and trusting gov’t and believeing in freedom and the people. It was great. That is why Fox hated it and trashed it right away.
