Does he have standing?
I think it is a courageous thing to do...he could “accidentally” get shot over there....but I would guess there are quite a few that think like him..they just can’t come forward for fear of retribution.
I’m not a lawyer but I would guess that he does have standing. It is courageous.
If someone isn't eventually found to "have standing," it is going to come down to those of us who "are standing."
While I am wondering out loud, so to speak ... why hasn't someone simply asked a "judge" just what constitutes "standing" in this case?
